APARTMENT, BARBICAN
The client wanted to completely refurbish the main living space of his apartment, creating a more contemporary look and a better use of the space.
Taking inspiration from the Brutalist architecture of the iconic Barbican building, furniture, soft furnishings and decorative objects were chosen to reflect a midcentury modern aesthetic.
Furniture placement was reconsidered to ensure the space worked at its best and additional lighting was introduced to create atmosphere and increased visibility.
